THE TRUTH PLAIN AND SIMPLE

Greetings and may the be of G'D be on you and right guidance: Almost every week we read or hear about killings and murders in the urban cities of America and it is frustrating to say the least,because who knows the next leader that would/could have brought a significant contribution to the world life was cut short. In light of all of this happening there are those who have form various coalitions to stop the killing/violence throughout the American society there have been various approaches by these coalitions some have called for the removal of Police Directors,civilian review boards,community policing,some have went as far as calling on the state and municipalities to declare violence a health hadzard!The new jack city Mayors that have emerged in the urban cities of America have been saying and doing some dangerous things just last night i and other attended a town hall meeting inwhich the new jack Mayor of the city of Paterson NJ ADVOCATED LOCKING UP THE YOUTH FOR LIFE THE NEW JACK SAID THIS!HE ALSO SAID HE HAD PLANS TO MAKE CERTAIN AREAS FEDERAL ZONES OTHERS WERE CALLING FOR THE ATF TO COME IN. With all of this said let me say from the door the fact that coalitions are springing up all over this country is a good thing but what i have found to be a serious weakness is that for the most part we lack an analysis of history and how thing have come into being.We often approach the issue from a very narrow viewpoint,shortsightness, all of the above issue's that i have pointed out sound good but they don't get to the root of the problem.There is a history to everything and unless we gather the knowledge that points out the historical basis of a thing we will continue to engage in cosmetic reform(SAME WINE DIFFERENT BOTTLE) the focus should be on structural changes transformation of public safety(The Decentralization of Public Safety) every police department funtions under a charter if change that we change the way public safety is deployed etc.If you are tired of chasing your tail like the dog(and remember the dog just circles but never catches the tail)then email me back so we can plan for a important meeting and i promise you this plan will work what we have doing for the most part is nothing but a joke.We march and march and our marching has just become an outing to sell incense and olis and bean pie's we have to go back to the table and come out with a stratigic vision and a tactical plan other than that please stop wasteing my time with your empty rhetoric!!
