The Issue of Racism experienced dates back to a Civil suit filed against The City of Peekskill in 2005.
The Civil suit filed against The City of Peekskill, The Buisness Improvement District, etc.
Note: The case was dismissed, although the case had and still has Merit. The City of Peekskill.
Racism pending exposure.
This matter is not about a nuisance property its about Bias/ Single Black Disabled mother , grandmother residing in a Bias Community.
Incidents as these are common and documented.Diana Kelly filed a Civil Suit in USDC Kelly, Washington Vs.City of Peekskill(Case No. 05 CIV. 6472) she has incurred these problems with this community.
City officials have illegally entered the property and covered it up with Violations and documenting false police action ,she has doc's to verify.
Ms. Kelly & Marsh have been denied the ability to file police reports. and have filed violation notices with County Human Rights Commission & HUD- Case No. 2009-HRCH-112
City officials have denied permits to move forward with repairs. it is very over whelming that a person could be subjected to this tyranny.
