The Bias Crimes unit , Westchester County D.A. this was her response.

The Following are E mails with The Bias Crimes Unit, Westchester County DA.
These are their responses. I will follow with additional  documented information.
As you can see they have made excuses for The City of Peekskill. Host of Racism.
Now, Once someone has contacted The police, and the District Attorney, Bias Crimes Unit the matter has not been investigated. The Peekskill District Attorney appears to have information about the situation, but you can clearly see they practice, the status Quo. its you peoples fought, had you done this and they did that. Its the story and normal response especially when they are justifying their bias behavior and actions. ---------- Forwarded message ----------

Ms. Kelly,
I reviewed all the materials you sent me and also did some checking in Peekskill. I am truly sorry you are having such a difficult time, but it seems unlikely that your situation will meet the legal threshold for proving a bias related crime. From the perspective of the District Attorney's Office, it seems you have multiple problems going on with multiple entities. Regarding the difficulty with the neighborhood association, I understand that it is a racially diverse neighborhood and the nature of the complaints against you concerned noise and unsightly home maintenance issues that occurred for the most part while you were ill. Although I understand that your illness would have prevented you from personally taking care of the house, the adult children living in the house could have helped out. So there appears to be at least some basis in fact for the complaints. As for the first fire, I believe it was ruled an accident, As for the second fire, according to the police, it has been deemed "suspicious;" but has not been labeled an arson, and no person has been charged. The insurance company's hesitance to pay out after multiple fires and some issues of home ownership vs. payee, is not a bias crime. If anything, it's a civil matter. I am told that your house is currently boarded up and the property around it is not well tended. I imagine you will continue to receive complaints from the neighborhood association until the house is repaired and the property straightened out.
I realize that you are going through a particularly tough time. I wish the District Attorney's Office was in a position to assist you. But unfortunately, we are not. I would be happy to refer you to the social service agencies available in the county. I am also willing to review any additional materials you have in support of your claim.
Good luck to you, Heide Mason

I lost my breath upon reading the story about Paterson I am Diana L.
Kelly .I contacted Gov. Paterson about a year ago or less. I had
recieved death threats, e mails threathening a Bon fire down the
street from my place of residence in Peekskill New york. A few days
later the Fire deemed a arson happened at my house. In addition I was
constantly writing letters to Gov. Paterson for I was in desperate
need of help. I attempted to report the death threats and Bon fire
threating e mails to the local police , but the sergant laughed and
refused to take my report. Any way with no where to turn I contacted
the Gov. and a state trooper contacted me and dismissed the e mails
and nformation I submitted to him. I also contacted Gov. Paterson at
the same time about Liberty Mutual Insurance Company the insurance
company repeatedly did everything they could to deny the insurance
claim. The Bon fire I am refering to was the second fire at our house.
I have e mails in my possession where the cities public officials,
including a sergeant enabled bias behavior and communications between
Neighboorhood watch and city officials. The e mails attempt to make
reference to our residence being a nuisance property. when in fact I
had not had any problems or issues during the 12 years we resided in
our home. There is more to this. I have been contacting The  NY times
and other news agencies and cant seem to get any help. I am a single
mother and grandmother, retired disabled Federal employee. Please
contact me. Diana Kelly & Laesha Marsh.

  1. This is funny they think they know enough about my situation to tell me who what and when the issues occured. No the issues came to be because Peekskill New York , Public Service Employees abuse their power , under the guise of City Employees with Issues of Bias and Racism. True story.
